Orders
We aim to dispatch most orders within 24-48 hours of purchase, Mon - Friday.
12pm Friday. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following Monday.
Yes, during promotional events, sales, or peak times, dispatch may take a little longer.
Shipping & Returns
We use Australia Post for all of our shipping regardless of your location.
We offer a flat rate for Standard shipping Australia wide of $10 & Express for $15.
Yes, free standard shipping on orders over $150 (applied automatically at checkout).
Almost, we ship everywhere except the USA. Unfortunately due to recently imposed tariffs on goods from specific regions, shipping to the USA is unavailable at this time. We hope that common sense prevails so we can resume this service in the future.
We offer a flat rate on Standard shipping to New Zealand of $15 & free standard shipping on orders over $150 (applied automatically at checkout). For the rest of the world we offer a $30 flat rate on standard shipping.
Yes, on full-price orders only. We do not offer refunds on sale items.
To return an item/s you will need to lodge your return within 30 days of shipment. Then complete the return card included with your order & make sure you include it with the return. Be sure to post your return within 7 days of lodgement. Once received, we will need to inspect the item/s before we approve your refund so please ensure the item/s is unworn, unused, scent-free, in original condition, and has tags attached.
Once we've received your return parcel, our team will process your return/refund as promptly as possible.
No – all sale items are final.
Yes - you can exchange or receive store credit within 30 days for all full-priced items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do not offer returns/refunds on sale items.

Faults
If you think you've received a faulty product. Please email us immediately at: hello@thesohomovement.com.au with a detailed description and photos.
For all orders in Australia: No – we’ll provide a prepaid label for your return shipment. For all International orders: Yes – you must arrange and pay for return shipping, and provide tracking details.
